To qualify for a captioning phone through ClearCaptions, you must be a U.S. resident who can certify that you have hearing loss requiring captions in order to use the phone. Since our caption services are currently only available in English, you’ll also need to speak and read English. An internet connection is also required to install the ClearCaptions phone.
