Many people think they need Wi-Fi to use their ClearCaptions Phone, but that’s not the only option. As long as you have an internet connection, you’re all set. There are two ways to connect: 

  • Wi-Fi: wireless internet that connects your devices without cords or cables 
  • Internet cable: also called “Ethernet,” this cord plugs directly into your ClearCaptions Phone; no Wi-Fi signal needed
