ClearCaptions is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certified call captioning provider. Our service is made possible by Title IV of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which established the Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) fund. The TRS fund covers the cost of the service, making it available at no cost to qualified individuals whose hearing loss requires the use of captions when making or receiving phone calls.
