The ClearCaptions Phone displays phone captions on an easy-to-use touchscreen display. Title IV of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) makes this service available at no cost to qualified U.S. residents.

To qualify for a captioning phone through ClearCaptions, you must be a U.S. resident who can certify that you have hearing loss requiring captions in order to use the phone. Since our caption services are currently only available in English, you’ll also need to speak and read English. An internet connection is also required to install the ClearCaptions phone.

You can opt out of automated communications at any time by calling our 24/7 Opt-Out Phone Line at 866-992-2192. When you call, simply follow the voice prompts to choose which communications you’d like to stop receiving. Your request will be processed immediately.
